Too many food and wine suppliers to name individually, but featured chefs include some of Auckland’s finest - Nic Watt (Inca), Sean Connolly (Esther) and Michael Dearth (Baduzzi). Expect to be eating delectable dishes from a variety of top restaurants and eateries. On the wine front, amongst the range of New Zealand wines on offer prepare to enjoy a beautiful Pinot Noir from Central Otago’s Akarua, a crisp Marsanne 2021 by Mawhitipana Ridge Estate (Waiheke) and selections from te Pā in Marlborough.
Mumm is providing the bubbles on the Champagne Lawn (special ticket needed for this area, see below) and of course for those who prefer hops over grapes, beer will be available. A good mix of local DJ’s and bands will feature throughout the festival, curated by none other than Peter Urlich.
