Both a chef and a culinary artist, Akihiro Nakamura finds menu inspiration in fresh, local produce and seasonal flavours. A native of Gifu, Japan; Chef Aki began his gastronomy journey by training with some of Japan’s highest regarded chefs. With over 25 years of culinary background, going above and beyond is first priority, closely followed by continually developing skills and knowledge.
